Project Details The Boat Maintenance Service App is a mobile marketplace designed to simplify how users manage maintenance and repair tasks for their boats. Instead of relying on personal networks or time-consuming research, users can post a task, receive offers from service professionals, and choose the best option based on price, experience, and reviews. The experience focuses on clarity, trust, and ease of use across the entire flow. The design process focused on structuring complex interactions into a seamless and intuitive journey. Key features include task creation, bidding comparison, real-time chat, and a review system that builds transparency between users and providers. The result is a clean, scalable UX that transforms a fragmented process into a streamlined digital experience. The process usually involves asking around, comparing options manually, and dealing with unclear pricing or availability. As a result, users lack transparency, control, and confidence when choosing who to trust with their work. There is a clear need for a more structured and efficient way to discover services, compare offers, and manage maintenance tasks in one place. The Solution The solution was to design a mobile marketplace that brings the entire maintenance process into one structured flow. Users can create tasks, receive multiple offers from service providers, and compare them in a clear and transparent way before making a decision. The experience focuses on simplicity and trust, allowing users to communicate directly with providers, review their profiles, and manage tasks from start to completion. By combining all key actions into one seamless journey, the app removes friction and makes the process faster, clearer, and more reliable. Key Features The app is built around a set of core features that simplify the entire maintenance process from start to finish. Each feature is designed to reduce friction, improve transparency, and support better decision-making. Designed for quick access and easy navigation. My tasks screen: A clear view of all active and completed tasks. Helps users track progress and manage their work efficiently. Task details screen: A detailed view of a task including description, images, and submitted offers. Allows users to review options and make informed decisions. Craftsman profile screen: A detailed profile showcasing experience, ratings, and past work.Helps users evaluate and choose the right service provider. Challenges & Decisions Designing the experience required simplifying a complex real-world process into a clear and intuitive flow. One of the main challenges was enabling users to compare multiple offers without overwhelming them with information. Another key focus was building trust between users and service providers. This was addressed through clear profiles, reviews, and transparent communication, helping users feel confident when making decisions. Final Outcome The final result is a clean and intuitive mobile experience that simplifies the process of managing maintenance tasks. Users can easily create tasks, compare offers, and complete projects through a structured and user-friendly flow. The design delivers a scalable foundation for a service marketplace, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and trust across the entire user journey.

I identified an important problem: UI and UX was simply missing. The user pain points were so many that it made me wonder how would if I redesign it. So I engaged to a project that didn’t move further, just a case study for my own display work. ReduceWaste 2021 ReduceWaste project is a product based on sustainability.  Project Details ReduceWaste project is a product based on sustainability. It aims to help people learn about and manage every day’s waste. I thought about an app which will help (among others), people who can not afford food by offering free meals and free products. Everyday we throw away so much food and it seems so disrespectful for our planet and so unfair for humans who can’t afford the basic human need. This crucial matter which affects our precious planet, is unknown to most of us, or we don’t use easy methods to reduce our every day waste. 02. User Research Developed questions to conduct user interviews. Most participants reported feeling badly about food waste and our print to the planet and they didn’t know ways to help reduce their waste.The feedback received through research made it very clear that users were very interested and willing to work towards reducing waste generally, if they had some help. 03.
